i woke up this morning at around 6am

the typhoon has hit this area as forecast
don't worry, i'm in one piece, grounded indoors
thank God our area is the least affected
but just looking out of the window already made me wonder what the worst hit area might be like

this was the sight as i look towards the habour this morning:
the calm waters are rippling like a wave pool
bear in mind, it's the habour
the rain is either at 45 degrees angle if not a few instances near parallel to the ground
trees are swaying here and there
i stood at the balcony and left seconds later
didn't want to stay long
it's cold, with irregular blasts of wind

last nite was the first nite i actually opened up my blanket and covered myself from head to toe

all china airlines flights are grounded at the moment
same for railways


now now
and to think, this area is one of the least affected
pray for taiwan this sabbath morning


and that hopefully our flight wont have to delay another few days




i miss home
i want to go home =(
